I loved Dr. Ilagan and am sad he is retiring. He worked with me on finding medications that worked and was always willing to listen to my concerns. I loved that he came in with his little doctor bag and a notebook. He didn't just wheel in a computer and stare at a screen like most doctors do these days. He will be missed but I hope he enjoys his retirement.
Loud, rude and condescending towards patients. I was there with my mother, and he berated her so badly that I had to take her out of there. Avoid this guy at all costs.
