Toilet can’t access after 10pm

Their meter fuel pump reading seems incorrect. My car’s fuel was half empty. My car has 45 litre capacity. When i filled full tank, it showed it filled 31 litres which is impossible for half filled tank. Realised it later after i left the pump. Raised ticket via setel but they are not acknowledging the issue.
Due to the location this place can get very congested. Recommended filling up late night or weekends
