I would not recommend visiting Petronas BT7 due to the unfriendly attitude of one of the cleaners working there. This incident happened when I was using the restroom from around 9:11 PM to 9:28 PM because I was experiencing stomach pain. Extremely poor and unprofessional customer service. I went to refill petrol for RM2 using coins, and the two female cashiers on duty openly laughed at me in front of other customers. They even rejected a 20-cent coin just because of a minor rust. Coins are legal tender in Malaysia. Management needs to train these two female staff on basic manners and empathy. Disappointing experience.

Already gave IC, then no subsidy price. Cctv checked, proven staff already take my IC. Staff said cannot claim caused already isi. You expect me to check that subsidy machine with you, standing there? Go train your staff!
