Very happy with my experience at the shop. I had a gasoline pressure washer and chain saw repaired. Also purchased a battery powered Husqvarna blower. Crazy powerful. Neil is very knowledgeable and a great guy to deal with.
My husband was having an issue with our lawn mower and we couldn’t figure it out so we gave Neil a call. He was extremely helpful and accommodating although he was extremely busy. He helped diagnose the problem over the phone and was able to squeeze us in. He mentioned it would be between jobs and that he would likely not have it completed for at least a week. What a fantastic experience buying from Neil @ Petrolia Small Engines. I had been looking for a Firewood Conveyor for some time and Neil is a Wallenstein dealer and he happened to have a demo CT24B in perfect shape posted on Kijiji. Only issue was he is 500kms away - so doing a distance transaction on an expensive and awkward item like this can be stressful.
