Always a positive experience when visiting Petrolia Optometry! Dr. St. Pierre and the staff are all absolutely amazing! An array of glasses and sunglasses to choose from featuring designer name brands, and always helpful staff to assist with any questions or inquiries you may have! Thank you for always providing great customer service!
Petrolia optometry has helped me get through a very tricky problem with my eyesight, and I’m extremely grateful! Dr. St. Pierre is knowledgeable and efficient :) Every staff interaction I have had has been a positive one, whether on the phone or in person. It is clear they genuinely care about helping their clients, and they provide a very warm, welcoming atmosphere. Can’t recommend them highly enough!
The team at Petrolia Optometry is always a pleasure to deal with! We are warmly greeted by name by Crystal or Emma. The staff are all so knowledgeable, caring, and willing to help in any way. They make the experience so easy, especially for our children. Dr. St. Pierre is wonderful to work with and always explains things so thoroughly. We can't recommend them enough!
I had the displeasure of dealing with Crystal this afternoon. Her unprofessionalism has led to the decision to seek a new optometrist for myself, and my family. Crystal, we could both hear you talking bad about me, when you thought you were being quiet.
