If you have a medical situation, do not come here. I had a severe cut, and just needed to see if I needed the hospital. I only wanted the Dr to take a look. Staff said he won't take anymore people. Unfeeling so called medical place. Next place...Duggan...excellent service. Front counter very sympathetic and Dr. Excellent.
Booked a walk in appointment same day I visited. Receptionist was polite and accommodating. Even though Dr. Qureshi is not my family doctor he checked me and relieved my concerns then prescribed me medication. The pharmacist prepared me medicine in few minutes. All in all good experience. Thank you all.
It’s obvious they’re overbooking as when a patient’s appointment is an hour passed the allotted time, it’s unacceptable. I really like the doctor I see there, but her time management is lacking. She wasn’t aware that I was waiting 1 hour and almost 15 mins for my appointment. Reception should have updated us as she was running behind. My time is valuable too
