Fortunately, Mike picked up the phone. Didn't even ask who/where Jennifer was. But we needed some help on a basic bulk storage conversion solution and weren't even sure what questions to begin asking. Mike was very helpful and a polar opposite from Madame Jennifer. I'd just ask to speak to MIke.
Be careful calling this establishment. Secretary Jennifer is extremely rude and is of no help at all. If you are not careful, she may just hang up on you......Twice.
