Wonderful service when our car wouldn't start at the end of our vacation in Muskoka. With the clock ticking as the countdown to vacate our Airbnb got closer AND the car dealership in Barrie awaiting our dead vehicle AND the near absence of any tow trucks available, Petroff's came through. They worked with CAA to make it all happen and kept me informed all the way. Big shoutout to lovely Pat who was manning the phones and to Ken the tow driver who rescued us and got us on our way home to Ottawa. Thank you both so much!!

Excellent customer service! Called last week about an inquiry on a repair while I'm in the area this week. Ended up using them as family has recommended them to me plus the price was very reasonable. Car runs and drives great! Would highly recommend petroffs!

Fabulous service! I’m so impressed by the high quality of work and honesty. No upselling, completely honest work. I had been told by one of the big name dealerships that I needed new brakes - down to 2-3mm on fronts and back. Brought my car into Petroff’s and it turns out that they were actually 5.5mm - no need to spend over a thousand on work that didn’t need to be done. I’m so thankful for the savings. I highly recommend!!
