Our building was completely barricaded in due to slurry pavement work, and no prior notice was provided to tenants/building. As a result, residents were unable to access or exit their driveways without warning. When I went to a building across the street, I was able to locate a posted notice. The whole street was cleared for these guys yet they decided LAST MINUTE to not come. The city should end their contract with this company.
