DEF pump 33 is broken on
Awful service! Fueled up my truck and decided to take a shower after 5 day shift. Went through the doors for truckers to get to shower rooms. All rooms were locked. Went to get a key from cashier and he asked for a receipt as a proof of fueling for 200 liters. Told him receipts are in me truck which I parked far away. Have to go back to truck to come back and proof my fueling. Cashier didn't like me throwing him all receipts for all shift on a table. Love this petro pass. Always clean, the store is always well stocked and the staff are super friendly. They work hard keeping up the place and it shows.
That lot of yours is a complete ice rink. You guys need to get in there and ice it salt. It sand it whatever that's garbage multi-billion dollar company. You should be able to afford to get prop er maintenance in there so that trucks don't get stuck. Unacceptable
Very often this station is a disappointment, pumps are often down or taped out of service. Even after months of construction it is a let down. Went to fuel and clean my windows and turns out not even one station had washer fluid to clean windows and squeegees were frozen as they are using water instead of washer fluid. Please elevate the level of customer service.
