The shower needs to be 24/7

very bad service. they intentionally lock the washroom facility. i am BVD card holder. still i cannot use washroom till they open. all guys report to customerservice@petro-canada.ca for this at customer care service petro pass.
Somehow the washrooms have ants all year around Thy close their showers if shop is close
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service . On a today visit, I encountered several issues that need immediate attention. Despite having fueled up at this station, I found no one available at the Petro Pass center to assist with any inquiries or services. Additionally, the shower facilities were locked, making it impossible for me and other drivers to use them, even though we had purchased fuel from the station.
