staff are not helpful somebody hit my trailer and they didn’t provide me camera footage i asked twice a time.. le personnel n'est pas utile, quelqu'un a heurté ma caravane et ils ne m'ont pas fourni d'images de caméra, j'ai demandé deux fois par fois
