Be cautious with Petro. My experience was that the service quality didn’t match the cost, and resolving billing or service issues often required multiple calls due to poor coordination between departments.

I’m honestly surprised this company is still in business. My experience has been nothing short of extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I was initially told that if I didn’t sign up for service, they would come remove the tanks. To avoid the hassle, I agreed but only after receiving written confirmation that all associated fees would be waived.
