Jacob from Petro Home Services - excellent preventive maintenance on my oil heating furnace. Professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough throughout the annual tune-up. He carefully inspected the system, explained his findings clearly, and made sure everything was operating safely and efficiently. I really appreciated his attention to detail and friendly attitude. Be cautious with Petro. My experience was that the service quality didn’t match the cost, and resolving billing or service issues often required multiple calls due to poor coordination between departments.

I’m honestly surprised this company is still in business. My experience has been nothing short of extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I was initially told that if I didn’t sign up for service, they would come remove the tanks. To avoid the hassle, I agreed but only after receiving written confirmation that all associated fees would be waived.
