We have had very good experience with Petro. They show up even at night if the boiler or water heater has a problem, and their people know what they are doing. They are professional and pleasant. Their billing procedures should be modernized a little so that the "hang tag" left on the door with an oil delivery is not the only bill. That is a quirk that takes some getting used to, and it is probably not a great idea. In total, they are really quite good, better than any other oil company we have ever had.
