Reliable, friendly, and knowledgable. I would say I think their website could be much better, especially if they offered a clear way to order oil online. I would also like if they offered electronic receipts instead of paper. I have had a technician, Pierre, come and do maintenance. He definitely knew what he was doing and got things repaired quickly. I have also had a couple deliveries of heating furnace oil, both without any issues.
Vert plaisent experience with the team who install my A/C. They took the time to clean up after and secure the outside line so that it would look goo . They were polite and answer all my questions while they were installing i . The price was really good too.
I call them for a repair. Show up on time did the repair in a few minutes. Ran a few test and the furnace works well since then. Reasonable prices.
