Subway does what they think is best for their benefit. I asked for a 6inch oven roasted chicken sandwich on Italian Herbs and Cheese bread with pepper jack cheese. Then I asked for my chicken to be warmed up before it was put in the toaster oven and was told that the toaster oven would make it warm. Guess what? Didn't happen. My chicken was still cold and so it ruined my sandwich and my lunch. If you want cooked/warm/hot chicken make sure they put it in the microwave and then toast it.
