While filling with diesel we realized there was a crack in the fill tube and fuel was going into our bilge. The staff was so quick to respond and guide us in the clean up. They had all the hazmat pads and bags and were very professional and super understanding.
Omg - BEST service ever!!!!
Had globs of grease on the fenders and dock. Left my gel coat stained in many places. Spent 3 hours and parts of the next 3 weeks of vacation cleaning up and finding new grease spots left by the fenders I had lifted up onto the boat without realizing they to had been contaminated with grease... I told the staff after I realized and they seemed uninterested in cleaning the fenders on their dock despite showing them what happened and the grease on their fenders.
