I called and asked if they have industrial size washer/dryer, they said they did. They have an industrial size dryer but the washers they claim to be industrial are no bigger than my one at home. Do not lie to people!
Absolutely terrible staff to deal with, inconsiderate and rude. If you have no issues with your load, great! But lord bless you if you if theres an issue because you WILL be told that youre the problem.
Machines need to be serviced. Washers do not work Last two times I've been , one washer never spun the clothes so they were absolutely dripping at end of cycle. Today none of the soap dispensed into either machine (2 closest to door ) . I don't have the time to do wash twice on same load. I spoke to attendant and his response was oh you will need to let it run the whole cycle.. useless. Time to find a new location . So months later 5 out of the 7 washers are out of service with no estimate for repairs.
