Showers aren’t free at this location like the rest of the country, worst place to stop at
I go to A&W and Petro canada often since work in the area. Service is always good. However I find employees parking in customer parking right in front of entrance. No parking for customers. Even though there is an area of designated parking. At -25c this makes customers have to park far away during cold days. See attached pictures of obvious of 3 cars parked here for extended time since snow of vehicles and no snow for 3 hours.
I had a very bad experience at this Petro location. As a truck driver, I expect basic respect, but instead I felt harassed and treated differently, especially as an immigrant truck driver. The staff attitude during the shower process was rude, unhelpful, and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I do not recommend this Petro to other truck drivers. Management seriously needs to address staff behavior and ensure equal treatment for everyone.
The old lady cashier wrost service ever dont fuel up from here they harsh drivers this is my first and last time fueling from here
If your a trucker and looking for a shower be aware. Before they just asked for fuel card, took the info on it and It was good to go. They have changed the rules again and now you need your fuel card and receipt. They find another way to harras truckers. I was doing my 36 reset there and i didn’t had any receipts from last 24 hours as i was just sitting there in parking. I offered to just pay for the shower. They old lady there was so rude.
