The staff and service was amazing but unfortunately the car wash was extremely bad. The back on my car was still dirty, my passenger and drivers windows were barely touched. Kind of missed the point of a car wash ☹️
I have season car wash. Bad car wash almost ripped out my front license plate. Soap scum still there and employees aren't helpful either. When car wash is closed for some reasons on that day, they have to accommodate with complementary car wash for my season pass. The employees argued and did not gave me any accommodation for their fault. Most of the time, their car was is closed and the cashier trying to tell me to go to another car wash. What a waste of my season pass as well as my time.
Car wash always closed and have to go back every. Waste of money on car wash everytime I go to this place.
DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT WATER IN YOUR GAS!!!!! 89 bad gas!!! Would the manager call me ASAP!!! Been trying to get in contact with you!!
