Rancid energy from most of the staff. Sometimes they say they’re closed but they’re just sitting inside on their phone. If anything is a slight inconvenience to the staff (such as putting their phone down or checking the cabinet for cigarettes) they simply won’t help you. Will leave you standing in the cold whilst they talk on the phone and watch videos. This is numerous staff.
