Worst customer service I've ever had. The lady behind the counter is non-professional and rude. The carwash has been broken for a long time and everytime I call to check if it's open nobody answers. When I get there she is playing with her phone and doesn't even respond when the carwash will open. Never coming back to this branch. Will change my carwash provider as soon as my season pass ends

Lave-auto fermé une fois arrivé sur place alors qu’en ligne, on indique qu’il est ouvert. Je rentre à l’intérieur pour vérifier auprès de l’employée. Elle est désagréable et me répond sèchement: Non, vous ne voyez pas les cônes?

Worst experience ive had in a gas station in my life. Freidia is non-professional and very rude. Clearly she doesn't care about the customers after she dismissed my questions about the beverage i was purchasing and entered the wrong order for my fuel. She prefers to play on her cell phone than offer good service. Couldnt be bothered to answer. SVP indiquez les bonnes horaires de fermeture du service car wash. J’ai fait 30min de route pour qu’après il soit hors service
