Very frustrating experience at this Petro-Canada car wash. I came here to wash my car and was told I had to pay an extra $2 just because I didn’t buy gas. I drive an electric car, which I clearly explained to the employee, Hassan (H-A-S-S-A-N). I’ve used this car wash many times before, and I literally washed my car the day before without any extra charge. Petro Canada Decarie, Montreal has been the worst experience so far. The attendant is consistently arrogant, and the car wash machine is out of service most of the time during winter. After fighting heavy traffic to get there, I’m often turned away because the machine is “not in service.” If the car wash is unavailable so frequently, why list it on the map or in the Petro-Canada app as an active location? It’s unreal and completely misleading. If there were option, they deserve zero star rating.
