Very disappointing experience. On my first wash, the shampoo wasn’t rinsed off properly. I spoke with the staff, and they told me to put the vehicle in neutral and avoid braking. I confirmed that I had followed those instructions. After a small argument, they agreed to rewash the car. During the second wash, the staff member watched to ensure I was doing everything correctly, but even then, the same issue happened again—the soap was still on the car. Tres désagréable avec les clients, déjà qu’on peut pas rentrer chercher ce qu’on veut, elle refuse de nous le chercher. Je déconseille fortement cette station
Vendeuse super désagréable qui prend même pas la peine de vérifier les articles elle n’a pas envie d’être là elle répond à aucun renseignement et étant donné qu’on ne peut pas rentrer dans la boutique on est obligé de lui demander mais elle montre carrément qu’elle en a rien à faire ! Je déconseille
