I went to get a car wash.....paid $16.99 plus tax.....woman lied that there wasn't a basic wash, so they overcharged me.....this should have been the 1st 🚩. I scanned the ticket several times until I had to press the button for help. Several minutes later, I called the gas station. The gentleman (being nice to call him that) pushes the ticket against the machine and proceeds to say condescendingly, " you have to put the ticket like this, you have 5 cars behind you". They’re system doesn’t take their own gift cards which is ridiculous. Then when I’m trying to just pay for my gas with debit instead of a gift card, the guy shuts off the pumps while I’m using them because it’s 11 and he’s closing.

J’ai acheté un sandwich qui était congeler quand je l’ai ouvert et j’ai voulu me faire rembourser et elle m’a dit de le mettre dans le micro-ondes, ce que j’ai fais! Et tout était mouillé! Elle n’a pas voulu me rembourser! Pire caissière
