This is my first time here and it is my worst experience ever. I drove my car back to my home as it is after paying 16$ for the car wash and after wash my car was as it is. This machines are bad. And, even though after so many complaints they did not fix their machine and did not care to acknowledge the long lasting issue. This scam, dont go there.

J’utilise ce lave-auto depuis plusieurs années, à raison d’une à deux fois semaine, je suis aller aujourd’hui après les 2 premières minutes que suis entré, je m’aperçois que le savon a sa sortie est réduit d’environ 80 %, jusque là, j’ai pas de problème, ça peut arriver. Je ressort du lave-auto et j’entre voir le caissier pour lui mentionner qu’il manque de savon, il voit que le proprio est là, il lui mentionne le problème, déjà il connaissait rien de ce qui c’est passer et il était déjà convaincu qu’il n’y avait aucun probl... read more

I was getting gas, I prepaid on the pump, and it canceled the transaction. I walked inside and paid for the transaction. I asked to use the bathroom, and the employee told me it's the back to the right. I walked into a mess, I walked over to another employee, less busy than the clerk, and explained the situation she looked at me stunned. I politely asked if it was possible to have the bathroom cleaned and she replied No! rudely. This place is to be avoided. The picture taken is after it was flushed.

Have to change from good to average, because the back and right side of the car will not wash properly. The right side brushes barely touch the vehicle. Requires proper adjustments.
