Super lave auto et jeune homme très cordial et sympa à l’entrée du Lave auto … c’est rare !!
Le pire service client ! Faire le lavage ici, c’est une ARNAQUE. À deux reprises en l’espace de six semaines, j’ai payé pour un lavage, mais le service était incomplet. Aucun shampoing, aucune mousse, contrairement à ce qui est proposé dans l’offre. Je suis allé voir le personnel pour faire une réclamation, mais au lieu de se pencher sur le problème et d’informer les clients, ils continuent à encaisser l’argent sans rien faire.
Last night I had the most professional costumer service experience I believe I ever had at a gas station and it was at your establishment. I just wanted a simple car wash and a half a tank of gas and Auguy (sorry if it’s misspelled) walked me through your rewards program in the most convincing and respectful manner. You are so lucky to have this gentleman working for you, anyone would be. Bravo to that guy! And thanks!!
