Fastest charging station and amazing service.
It says it goes up to 350kw, l sat for 20mins and never got higher than 23kw. It was late at night and nobody else was charging, so why so sloooowwww. Not impressed for a "fast charging station". But they charge you by the minute not how much power you get, so maybe that is the plan. I have been to alot of stations around Alberta and they all charge by the minute and they are all so slow. You go to BC they charge you only what you receive and most fast stations are actually fast.
Advertised at up to 350kw, only actively charged at 84kw despite preconditioning. 30 minutes for a roadside “super fast” charger is disappointing. Only one charger was in operation.
If negative stars were an option… Shortest cable of any charging station anywhere and bollards placed 4’ from the charger make plugging in almost impossible. The connector is also rotated 90 degrees making it extremely difficult to twist the 2” thick cable and puts a crazy amount of strain on the charging port once you wrestle it into place.
