Neither unit is working, looks like someone hit the emergency stop, no power to the meter at the end of the battery cabinets. Store clerks are not at all helpful.
Could not connect on one of the chargers. Waited for the one beside it. It works at 100kw charge speed. Screen is broken but charge successful.
Charger working at 27 kW. Terrible.
