Last night I went to the car wash and it stopped in the middle of the cycle. After a few moments, it started automatically again, but the brushes were not working properly. I went inside to speak with Harman , he explained everything clearly and professionally. He provided me with a rewash receipt right away. I came back for the rewash and everything worked perfectly. Great customer service and quick resolution. Thank you!
Wash was good, but missed a few spots on the back; typical of Glide car washes.
Their wash is not the greatest and sometimes when I drive by they keep the car wash closee. Today, the entrance was left open, I drove to do car wash and th machine said it was closed. It was so annoying to reverse and get out of it, I went to another location after. Sometimes when we pump gas, there's no receipt.. Either out of order or they don't put paper. What's the point of paying on machine, if you have to go inside to get receipt. I would stay away from this Petro Canada.
100 % not satisfied. , my car came out with full of soap, and as soon as came out. Soap freeze on my side mirrors, got bad bad experience, looks like they increased the speed in side , in one minute came out .
