I went to this car wash on August 14, 2025, and it left multiple scratches on my car. I immediately reported the damage, showed the scratches to two of their employees and filled out a Car Wash Incident Report. I explained that since there is no inspection or cleaning of the brushes between consecutive washes, debris and abrasive materials from a muddy car can remain on the brushes and scratch the next vehicle.
