So 2 of their vacuum scanners are blurry and unable to scan my barcode. I go into the store only to have the person continue stocking cigarettes till I had to say “excuse me”. Not only did she not acknowledge the problem with their scanners, but she told me to “try another machine”. Petro needs more car wash in the area.

Got gas, was easy just tapped and whatever ammount you actually fill up is only spent onto your card - if you pay for $40 but only fill $23, then you sont even need to go back inside your just automatically charged onky the $23 on your card

So many ppl are so in need of a job that will work hard - yet these employees at this station couldn’t care less. They all should be fired. The worst. 3 employees walking around with coffee in hand or head down on looking at their phone. 1 attendant just on his phone waiting for one pump to finish. Instead of attending to other cars - everyone just gave up and started pumping their own gas, while the 1 attendant just smirked and just went back to his phone. Thank you to the front desk cashier, Ms. Gagan, for helping me resolve and communicate the issue so efficiently this morning！ I also sincerely appreciate the manager and all the staff, especially those who cleaned the car wash on the evening of January 5 and the morning of January 6 and helped look for my missing part.
