Been coming here for the last 10 years and observed in the past few months that this carwash is scrimping on the soap. Its like all water and the brush thats all!!

Very disappointing customer service at this petrol station. There was a clear lineup of cars waiting to refuel, but some vehicles simply jumped the queue instead of waiting their turn. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the staff did not handle the situation properly or make any effort to manage the queue fairly. I raised my concern with the staff member shown in the picture, but he simply ignored my concern and told me that he “couldn’t control anything.” I found this response very disappointing. Very good service, I just made my petro Canada loyalty card and the guy named Harinder helped me very well. The inside staff was also very polite. Very cheap gas. Must come.

Never again. Worst app, technology, customer support, outdated and unhelpful car wash service. Requires a car wash card to load - hadn’t used mine in years; no credit card option for the car wash; offers (supposedly) the ability to use the Petro Canada app, but when I attempted to, it read my password didn’t match (though I didn’t change it), and then when I followed step to reset my password it required a security question answer: in this case, my wedding anniversary date (a question & answer I would have selected in the pa... read more
