One of the worst places to go for car wash. Couple of their employees even don’t know how to talk with customers. They don’t trust them. Highly recommended to ignore them
Never take you car for a wash at this gas station, it’s pure crap and they’ve got zero customer service. Talking from first hand experience
Went to wash my car at the outlet in Albert close to Macdonald and got the worst first time experience, car wasn’t washed clean and the representative gunvin or whatever his name his was just so unbearable with his insensitivity and poor customer service. Lack of empathy and compassion, I prolly would have let go of the situation but his unreasonable act would never make me come there to wash my car. I was Going there regularly taking there all my work trucks and personal vehicle till today, car wash was not working properly and I told them that its not I tried to show it to him he said here take a free car wash and go. I said thats not the case I said look an other person is going in there and it doesnt work and escalated things when i asked for the manager he said no come and find him when ever cause I am not calling him and letting him know. What a piece of worker to have working for you and loose business on him.
