I would rate this place 0 star. The price of the gas is always 15-17 cents more compared to other gas stations around the area. Car wash horrible went here couple time due to its close to home convenient it’s not quality car wash it’s ok but then got one this week, sensor wash not working, cashier need to come in to guide me where to sensor for carwash to start thought that was not safe for her to go in. I was denied washroom keys because I think the punjabi girl's shift was about to get over and she rudely said " it is out of service". We pumped the gas from this station and was still denied the keys. Its been second month this has happened with rude behaviour and very loud punjabi music.
Looks like privately owned and would never ever go again - bad attitude from the young employee. Asked about the process of buying lottery tickets and certainly not helpful. Also seems like i ended up paying more.
They do not accept the Petro Carwash Seasonal Pass. Why? They claim it's privately owned. When I entered the store, a young lady looked at me as if I were the employee and she was the customer. I asked about the car wash, and she cast me a look of disbelief and said it was "privately owned." There was no greeting, no "hello" or "goodbye," no apologies, and no further explanation. I certainly won’t be giving any business to them after that experience.
The gas pumps had a problem whilst all pumps were in use. Seems like there was air intake in the pump I was using (as if I was done filling up) because it stopped every second. Also, I know all the pumps are drawing from the same well, but I could feel other people's pumps having the same pump issues at tandem. Now I remember why I didn't come to this Petro for over 5 yrs.
