Pay attention to the car wash purchase option. They were set up in a way to trick you buy two car washes. Also the wash itself is garbage, can’t even brush off the dead bugs on my windshield. I bought the highest “superwork” option. If you don’t respect customers, then you will lose them. Yes, you tricked me into buying two washes this time. But you will lose me forever for any future car wash. Good job.
The most irresponsible and careless person sitting in the station , this happened around 7 a.m. , car wash wouldn’t work and pressed the help button many times . No response so I left the car and saw the guy is eating behind desk and ignoring my call , eventually when he came behind the window and said to try again which didn’t work again!!!! I’m beyond frustrated. This is the FOURTH time this has happened at this Petro-Canada, always in the early morning before 6 AM. The old man at the counter, Anand (white hair), completely ignores customers while he does his prayers. He makes people wait until he’s done, like our time doesn’t matter. This is a gas station, not a place of worship. You’re on the clock—do your job. If you want to pray, do it before your shift or on your break.
