Car wash is waste of money.
I came to this car wash it left soap all over my car so I told them to give me a refund and they gave me a free 24 hour free wash so I came again not only did we have to wait 45 minutes again the worker could not get the key to enter the door to fix the car wash by that time everyone left never coming back here I can’t even get my money back the worker was practically crying because she is getting yelled at because the car wash is not working.
Very disappointing experience. The staff member (an elderly man in charge in midnight) was extremely rude and unhelpful. When the Petro-Canada app was not working, which was clearly not my fault, instead of offering any assistance, he insisted that I must pay for the car wash and refused to help in any way. Poor customer service and an unacceptable attitude.
