Dear Manager, I am writing to make a formal complaint about the unacceptable behavior of one of your employees, Kinley. I asked Kinley if I could use the washroom. She first told me it was outside, then changed her answer and said there was no washroom. When I asked which answer was correct, she became rude. My friend went here with $60 cash (three $20 bills) and the cashier took them from her, ripped them into pieces in front of her and several other customers, claiming "Canadian money can't rip" which is just a lie, it's harder to rip, but it still CAN rip. my friend immediately went to the bank and they confirmed the bills were real and gave her three fresh ones. thank goodness she knew better than to believe this crazy worker.
