Their car wash is down every time I go there to use my season pass. It’s the only Petro Canada touch car wash near me. What’s the point of buying a season pass if their equipment is always down? What a rip-off! Petro Canada is fantastic at taking money from customers, but really sucks at providing service. There is a word for this….SCAM!
It's somewhat appalling to read reviews stating poor customer service is being provided. There's an older gentleman who usually works in the mornings. He has always been so helpful and polite. Today, I let him know that one of the cans in the fridge might have been damaged as there was sticky residue on the can I was buying. I only did this to make him aware. He immediately cleaned the can, and gave me a bag as well. Maybe I've been lucky, but I've always had a great experience.
On dirait que le mécanisme d'introduction de la voiture dans l'enceinte de lavage est défectueux, et globalement je ne suis pas satisfait du lavage, l'une des pompes à air est aussi parfois defectueuses, du coup cest du temps supplementaire qu'on perd à appeler le service d'entretien, mis à part ça, le personnel est sympathique et avenant.
One of the worst car wash I have ever been through. $16 for just 1 minute of water spray. Ridiculous…👎🏻
