I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. The staff were rude and unprofessional, didn’t communicate properly, and didn’t seem interested in listening or understanding my concerns. They really need better training on how to deal with customers respectfully and efficiently.
Poorly managed I was fueling up my car and there is no sensor on the nozzle and fuel spilled over my car. I walked inside and there was about five people watching some game on TV and cannot get a hold of the right person
Staff need more training, trying to use a fuel saving card and the employee doesn’t know how to apply it.
The old lady behind the cash has terrible customer service skills.
