I got my car washed here but it was not cleaned properly. Some spots were still dirty, and the service didn’t meet my expectations.

Car wash issue ;Went twice within 2 weeks around 6:30-7 am and is closed , when I called and was advised that it's 24/7 . They may have a different definition of 24/7.
Cashier named Kumar is very rude. The car wash app did not work, I showed him the app and he said I would need a physical card. I told him this is my phone with my id and password on the petro Canada app. He refused to help me and ran back to the corner of the store while I was talking to him. The other cashier covered for him, he was polite but no help was provided. Most of the time your app crashes or does not work.
