I had a really great experience with the guy working the night shift. He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to assist me. I also noticed him helping some elderly customers, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about providing good service. People like him are exactly what customer service needs—kind, patient, respectful, and willing to go the extra mile. Great job, and definitely deserves recognition!
I'd give it a 5 but most times I fill up I need to go inside as the printer is out of receipt paper.
The lady who's working in night stop the all machine before 12 AM which she can't even stopped legally cause i know they can only close before 5 minutes max. and she was saying she'll not open the gas machine untill 12.05 am. May be she need to be find another job.
The guy wouldn’t even get off his phone to help me with my pods and then tried to sell me a device when all I asked for was the pods and then didn’t have the pods available
