Petro gift card doesn't work and when the balance was checked, it says zero even if the gift card was new. Also, worst Online customer support. They didn't know what to do with the issue. Won't recommend Petro Canada and will never get service from any branch.
They don’t accept season pass for car wash !! They say it’s out policy … what kind of policy is it ?
Filled the gas and went in to pay. Ask the sales person to use washroom. He said no it’s only for employees. Never seen any petro Canada who don’t have washroom service. Worst place to go fill up the tank.
Terrible service. I called because multiple petroncanada stations were taking cash only, and wanted to save the burden of driving to another location for the same outcome. The guy that answered the phone was useless. “Are you guys taking card?” “No” “Why?” “I don’t know, bye” Then hangs up. What a joke 😂😂
