Horrible car wash. Takes too long, and sign that says to pay inside is in the worst spot possible. Made the mistake of not paying inside cause I assumed that you could pay after or at the kiosk. For whatever reason once you're in line there is no way out!!! They put cones/barricades in the only exit! So I waited 30+ minutes and I didn't even get to wash my car. They wouldn't even let me pay afterwards for an honest mistake. The blame can be put on me for not knowing how car washes typically work, but I really don't understan... read more
The car wash app's broken possibility is 3/5 but the store staff are able to provide replacement tickets. But only one time the store staff insisted to blame it's my phone issue and didn't like to give me a replacement ticket. But finally he still provided. There is always long line for car washing no matter which day and what time.
