Came in and the pre-soak didn’t work. Just came out clear and visibly just water. Asked the attendant and they said it was normal. Additionally, after finishing the wash I had to sit in the bay to wait for the line of cars to clear up to go and pay while racking up the bill sitting and waiting. Luckily, the attendant came up and grabbed my ticket so that it wasn’t charging anymore.

Got stuck in the car wash but the customer service was phenomenal they made it up to me with a free manual wash and it’s more than I could ask for 🥰 great team, amazing people!!
Went in to clean my rims with a rag and cleaner maybe used 5 minutes of water still got charged over 30$ for it. This car wash is the highest price in Fort McMurray.
