Shivani is always so nice and pleasant to deal with, I enjoy seeing her when I come into this location. She remembered me and I appreciated that.
Horrible customer service. The woman working the counter denied my id saying it wasn’t from Alberta. First of all it was issued in Alberta second of all that is not a requirement for a piece of identification. When I asked why she wouldn’t accept it she told me there are lots of stores around me and that I could go to one of those stores. Well, I will be doing that, and never coming back to this location. I have never had a problem from anyone/anywhere until today. If I could give zero stars I would.
