It’s really disappointing to see what this place has turned into. Growing up in this part of the city, I remember when businesses here actually took pride in what they offered. Now it feels like no one cares, and this car wash is a perfect example of that decline. There was no soap at all. If I could give 0 stars I would. The old bald man working at night is complete trash. Refusing service for someone who was being respectful and compliant when asked to take his hood off. Man locked the door which understandable in Brantford but when someone walks up, takes their hood off so you can see their entire face and continues to unnecessarily refuse service for 0 reason and start taking photos and videos of the person TRYING TO PAY FOR THE GAS is ridiculous. Petro-Canada, do better.
Im a Contractor owning a fleet of 5 diesel trucks. This is the Third time I show up there and meet ‘Sam’?! The manager, supposedly.. wait, I need confirmation about that. Conversation with him went bad and ask for manager, he acted weird when stated he was the manager and that s a way for some clerks to get away from trouble.
