Becareful in carwash. In neutral doesnt work so had to break and roll forward but some times gets stuck and have to gas. Reccom wait for a car in front of you to finish more than halfway because it allows you to go forward. And the water and soap is too hard to see the car in front of you to roll forward. Just be careful Otherwise, everything else is working fine.
Today at 8:15 pm I had a very concerning experience at this gas station. Pump #9 was faulty, causing the fuel nozzle to stick/jam and leading to a spill of approximately one liter of gasoline. This is a significant safety hazard. I immediately notified the attendant on duty, Rushit. Unfortunately, he was preoccupied with his mobile phone and displayed a complete lack of customer service skills. Like going to this location for gas but the car wash sucks. This is my 4th and last time using this car wash. Just used my points for a free car wash , which is the best one they have when using points. Car looks worse than it was, cause now it’s dirty where it wasn’t.
Nice custom service from all the staff & good well maintained store.
I have 2 petro points cards, one is mine & one is my boyfriends which I told the clerk & no one has ever made an issue ever due to the fact that he is literally in the car with me & I just wanted to see who had more points to redeem & use that one & this employee turned me away because he refused to scan the second one & I ended up having to go to another Petro Canada that scanned them both with no issues at all!
