***Worst Customer Service Experience – Rude and Disrespectful Behavior *** I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at Petro-Canada. The employee, Simranjit, was very rude and unprofessional. The Petro-Canada app was not working, and instead of helping or offering any alternative, she refused to let me use the car wash. What made the situation worse was her behavior—she was literally raising her voice and demanding that I show a physical copy of the card.
