Absolutely horrible Customer service shubham is very rude employe I come for a car wash top quality one and soap did not work and only threw water at my vehicle i go inside to ask for a rewash? He declined and says get off my property it’s not my fault.
Used car wash service, car wash not properly washed mentioned this thing to guy named Mark working inside. He was not ready to take that into account and started arguing with me. First resisted and then later provided rewash. Very stupid guy who doesn’t know how to deal customers. Worst customer service experience ever had. The other guy is very nice. Hope that gas station management takes this matter seriously and improve the service and also train the staff member to how to deal with customers.
If I could give a zero, I would give one to the car wash here. Leaving a review for Mark (and his manager) specially. First of all, had my first worst car wash experience where I had all flashbacks of final destination. Was stuck for good 10 min with no way to get out. When two other similar incidents happened, Mark and his manager tried to simply ignore acknowledgement of any faulty car wash equipment. Never going for car wash again here, and do expect some more action on this. Pathetic service!!
