I like the brush car wash at this Petro-Canada — it actually does a good job and that’s the main reason I come here. However, the gas pricing is frustrating. Just two intersections down, another Petro-Canada often has gas that’s up to 15 cents cheaper on some days. That’s a big difference. It doesn’t make sense to go to one location just for the car wash and then drive to another Petro-Canada for fuel. It defeats the convenience factor completely. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience at this Petro-Canada gas station due to the behavior of one cashier. While another staff member at the same location was calm, polite, and professional, this particular cashier spoke to customers in a rude, aggressive, and disrespectful manner. During the time I was waiting in line, this behavior was not limited to me—it was directed at several other customers as well. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at the Petro-Canada car wash today. The machine did not work properly, and my car was not cleaned at all. It also caused some damage to my vehicle. When I reported the issue, I was told it was my fault, which was very upsetting. I would not recommend using the car wash here.”
