Was in this location on May 18th Victoria Day at 4:30pm. Excellent customer service and the washroom was very clean ! Which is hard to find on a gas station!
Had a flat tire and went there for air. Put money in and no air came out. There was ice in the nozzle. Cleaned out the nozzle and only a small amount of air would come out. Not enough to fix my flat. Went inside for assistance. They poured hot water on the nozzle and told me to try it. I only had one loonie, which was already in the machine. He said I needed to put in more money. Vacuum wasn’t working and guy refused to give my money back. He and his manager knew it wasn’t working beforehand. There was no warning sign and cashier laughed about it.
