A perfect place to have your gas filled up before hitting the highway to the west or Montreal...car wash may be a hassle at times with long lines .
The fella working today, Feb 8 at 10:50pm was very helpful when my Petro app wasn’t working for my car wash.
It's January 30th, almost 11:40pm, and with a season pass on hand, the car-wash service is closed and they refuse to give a carwash ticket for future use, saying to go to another location which would take 20+ minutes. Is there any common sense for customer service in this location? Are the employees trained? I'm reporting this as it's not the first time this is happening. Note: you pay in advance for a service, to be used in a period of time and if the service is not provided, it should be compensated.
iI had the pleasure to meet a great cashier named Hannah at 1941 innes road this morning. The store was spotless. she was even cleaning the windows . I have yet to see someone so dedicated and proud of their job. Such a lovely person. They are lucky to have such an employee.
