Absolutely terrible experience at this Petro-Canada. The employee named Joban was extremely rude and unprofessional from start to finish. I was asked for ID, which I had no problem providing, but the attitude the entire time was unnecessary. To make matters worse, the place is unsafe. The ground is extremely slippery outside, and there was ice around my car when I went to pump gas. I almost fell because nothing had been salted or cleared. there has been snow and ice at the entrance of the car wash, making it extremely slippery and unsafe for vehicles. When I went to the station to raise this concern, I explained that my car was slipping and that it felt unsafe to proceed. This is a serious safety issue, especially during winter conditions.
