Worker is clearly sleeping instead of working . Waiting for 20 mins with no visual of anyone in the store , ridiculous
Always buy the Petro Canada seasons pass , whenever it’s shut down , they give me a ticket for future use , cause you pay full price to use everyday . Never had a problem 10 years I’ve been there with any managers . Today I go and manager named Normol told me it’s closed due to extreme weather , he refused to give me ticket , talked over me as I explained my reasoning , absolutely horrible . The lady who works over here is always busy on the phone whenever I come to this place rather than attending the customers.
I wish I could give zero stars to this location, I visited there last night around 9pm the Indian guy working there was absolutely rude and had zero customer service skills, this location is getting downhill as there are always new people (especially the guy last night there ), who don’t even know how to operate basic functions. I will never come back again
